No, not THAT kind of blue! I've noticed as of late that many of today's kitchens and dining rooms are of such color persuasion. According to a color theory, blue is soothing and cool.That is why the color palette is popular in many bedrooms. But having blue in the kitchen and dining room? It would depress an appetite! Perfect if one is trying to lose weight, I guess.
You cannot deny, though, that certain blue hues do look modern and fresh in cooking/ dining spaces.
